- Everyone must submit an application in order to attend Pine Valley.
- Application and Liability forms are due with payment in full, no later than May 1.
- You are not registered until liability and full payment have been received. Your application, liability form, and payment indicate your agreement to abide by retreat rules.
Full or part-time campers and off-site must pre-register (which includes payment) for the following reasons:
- Motel rooms are limited and are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority is given to married couples/families, the elderly, and the handicapped.
- Pine Valley Conference Staff (PVCS) uses registration to plan meal counts.
- We need to order the correct amount of classroom supplies in advance.
- There is no lodging only. If you sleep on the grounds, you must also pay for meals.
Part-timers are encouraged to call early to arrange off-site lodging. (Pine Valley Inn: (619)-473-8560)

Placement:
Motel rooms are limited! Each room must have a minimum of 2 adults. To reserve a room, each person's application, activities release form, and payment must be received.
- Note: Family dorms are less expensive, and motel space is increasingly limited.
Please plan ahead to share a family dorm with your friends and family if possible. Volunteers are greatly appreciated.
- It is not the registrar's responsibility to find a family for you to share with; please make arrangements before pre-registering.
- All children ages 12 and younger will be placed with their parents.
- The first choice for onsite accommodations goes to full-time campers.
- All children, ages 13 and younger, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend the retreat.
- Anyone under 18, attending without a parent or legal guardian, must have a parent fill out and sign a Medical Release/Liability wavier before the retreat.
- The child's assigned guardian must be a full-time registered camper that is staying on-site.
- Requests for specific accommodations will be honored as far as practical, but the Pine Valley Retreat Committee will make final decisions.
